About Us

We are the voice. We are the terrace. We are Madamburo.

This is the official Ngezi Platinum Stars FC supporters page

We Are Madamburo was born from a simple truth: Ngezi Platinum Stars belongs to us.

Not the boardroom. Not the sponsors. Not the press releases written by distant PR hands. The club belongs to the ones who stand in the sun at Baobab Stadium, who refresh the teletext until the 90th minute loads, who sing until our voices crack and carry the name Madamburo long after the final whistle.

We began as a digital terrace—a small space for the faithful to gather, share news, and feel seen. But the response was overwhelming. Thousands of you arrived. You shared memories. You demanded more. And we realised that a single website was not enough to carry the weight of this movement.

So we are building something Zimbabwe has never seen.

We Are Madamburo is becoming an independent, supporter-owned media house dedicated entirely to Ngezi Platinum Stars. No corporate agenda. No filtered narratives. Just the truth, the passion, and the platinum standard of fan journalism.

Our future plans:

🎥 Madamburo TV – Match analysis, exclusive player features, behind-the-scenes documentary content, and the stories behind the badge, told through our lens.

📻 Madamburo Radio – Live matchday commentary, fan call-ins, debates, and the unfiltered voices of the terrace, streaming direct to your phone or car.

🎧 The Platinum Podcast – Weekly deep dives into form, fixtures, and football culture. Unscripted. Unashamedly Madamburo. Hosted by supporters, for supporters.

📖 Madamburo Magazine – A quarterly print and digital publication. Match reports, long-form features, photography, and collectible editions that archive our journey. Something to hold. Something to keep.

🚌 Supporter Trips – Organised, affordable travel to away grounds across Zimbabwe. Because every Madamburo deserves to be heard, home or away. No supporter left behind.

🛍️ Madamburo Merch – Authentic, supporter-designed clothing and accessories. Not official club merchandise. Something deeper: terrace culture, woven into fabric.

We are not a corporation. We are not a registered NGO. We are not backed by millionaires or mining houses.

We are a standalone fan with a laptop, a dream, and thousands of Madamburo waiting for their stories to be told.

But we do not walk alone. Every article shared, every donation given, every voice that joins the terrace builds this kingdom brick by brick.

The club has its boardroom.
The players have the pitch.
The voice belongs to us.

Siyaphambili Madamburo.

We Are Madamburo. We always have been.

Join the movement. Share your story. The season starts now.

Partners

I am reaching out not as a corporate entity, but as a fellow Madamburo, with a dream that needs your help. We Are Madamburo started as a digital home for the faithful, and in a short time we have become the independent voice of Ngezi Platinum Stars supporters. But the vision has grown far beyond a website. We are building Zimbabwe’s first supporter-owned media house dedicated entirely to this club, with plans to launch Madamburo TV for match analysis and player stories, Madamburo Radio for live fan interaction, The Platinum Podcast for unfiltered terrace talk, a quarterly Madamburo Magazine in print and digital, and organised supporter trips to away grounds so that no Madamburo walks alone. This is not a commercial venture with corporate backing; this is a standalone fan with a laptop, a burning passion, and thousands of voices waiting to be amplified. We cannot do this alone. Whether you can give ZW$500 or US$5,000, whether you have equipment to spare, airtime to donate, or expertise to share, your contribution buys a microphone, books a bus seat, and builds a legacy that belongs entirely to us, the supporters. The club has its boardroom, and the players have the pitch. The voice belongs to us. Please walk with us. Siyaphambili Madamburo.
